The Fox News Freeze

The Obama Administration’s misguided attempt to freeze out Fox News only gives Rupert Murdoch free publicity and conservatives a rallying cry, as Hotair says. But worse though, as Ace of Spades points out, it really puts Obama & Company into the “Putin-Chavez zone” of hammering out dissent they don’t like, and encouraging this notion that they do in fact control the media, which obviously they believe as stated by White House Communications Director Anita Dunn:
“Very rarely did we communicate through the press anything that we didn’t absolutely control,” Dunn said, admitting that the strategy “did not always make us popular in the press.”
Of course this is the same Anita Dunn who also told a group of Washington high school students that Chairman Mao was one of her favorite political philosophers. Here’s the clip:
Mao conservatively killed 47 million people, others estimate it higher at 70 million. As Glenn Beck says in the clip above, how many radicals is it going to take before Americans believe that the Obama’s are interested in transforming this nation in the direction of socialism?
