Obama’s “Safe” Schools Czar Must Go!

Why? Plain and simple. In promoting vile child porn in our classrooms, he – Kevin Jennings – is a danger to our children and civilized society. The president must fire him immediately and apologize to the nation for letting him near our schools. (Warning: The material linked to here is very explicit.)

Kevin Jennings has shown a disregard for parental rights and for our children’s well being, yet he is the President’s choice to keep our schools safe! Safe for sexual predators it would seem! Please contact your state school board and let them know that this is unacceptable, and they need to let the President know: it is time Kevin Jennings resigns! http://www.stopjennings.org/
After contacting my Representative I received a letter from him telling me he’s a co-sponsor of 2 bills:
H.R.3226 Czar Accountability and Reform (CZAR) Act of 2009 – Prohibits appropriated funds from being used to pay salaries or expenses of any task force, council, or similar office established by or at the direction of the President, if the head of such entity: (1) is appointed (on other than an interim basis) without the Senate’s advice and consent; (2) is excepted from the competitive service by reason of the confidential, policy-determining, policy-making, or policy-advocating character of the position; and (3) performs or delegates functions that would otherwise be performed or delegated by an individual appointed by the President with the Senate’s advice and consent.
Referred to House subcommittee. Status: Referred to the Subcommittee on Government Management, Organization, and Procurement.
HR 3569 the Sunset All Czars Act To provide a sunset date for all presidentially appointed czars, to require Senate confirmation of those positions, and to provide that appropriated funds may not be used to pay for any salaries and expenses associated with those positions..
Referred to House subcommittee.
