John and Yoko: Right about “Overpopulation”

Who would have expected John Lennon and Yoko Ono to have had considerably more insight and wisdom into the questions of so-called overpopulation than contemporary environmentalists? (H/T Fr. Tim Finnegan).

This clip takes us back to an era when liberalism allowed for a plurality of views on even emotionally charged subjects. Contemporary liberalism’s totalitarian impulse brooks no opposition–witness Ben Nelson’s cave-in on health care.
